The results of others has been my focus for 20+ years. As I continually expand my coaching skills, my Ambition-In-Mind remains constant. I want to help more and more people across the world. No matter what level you are (beginner, novice, amateur, professional or a coach wanting coaching) I want to help you grow and improve not only your physical fitness and health but your mental and emotional health and fitness. Boxing is a sport that encompasses the full package and it’s why I fell in love with it and live it day in and day out.
I will guide you and tailor what I use when coaching professional fighters to meet your needs and your AIMs. You don’t need to be a fighter to draw out the benefits of training like a fighter.
I am a professional boxing coach registered with the British Boxing Board and I am part of the formidable team supporting Anthony Yarde in his professional boxing career; Stamina for Sale.
My boxing accolades include coaching 100s of fighters over the last 10years at a variety of gyms including Trad TKO, Left Hook and West Ham ABC. I have coached 4 Haringey Cup winners and a Developmental Cup winner as well as amateur teams to a variety of championship levels. My current boxing base is at the world renowned Peacock Gym in Canning Town, London with the Stamina for Sale team coaching their latest wave of fighters like Alex Bishop, Frank Arnold and Dereece Grant.
Running alongside my boxing antics has been a career in the health and fitness industry teaching classes, presenting at large conferences and in 1 to 1 coaching situations. Not just with boxing but in a variety of strength and conditioning focussed workouts, spin and kick boxing to name a few. I’ve worked with companies and brands such as Holmes Place, FightKlub, Third Space, Studio Lagree and the infamous Reebok Gym in Canary Wharf as well as operating under my own brand Combotraining. My group class workouts continue at the Outrival gyms in Liverpool Street, London.
Ambition In Mind
Energy is the game
No struggle, No strength
The only way is improvement
Mind-set matters
You’re likely to hear my laugh before you see me.
